The RAZ Panel modular board system by EZ Floor, LLC is an easily assembled insulation, vapor barrier and PEX tube holding grid that allows for simple installation of hydronic radiant floor heating systems primarily in basements, garages and main floor slab on grade installations where concrete is normally used.

The RAZ Panel is 2 7/8" overall in thickness, with 2" of solid EPS foam providing an R-11.9 and an 860 psf compressive strength rating. Each panel covers up to 8 square feet with a 10-mil polystyrene film providing a perm rating of .56 perms and a fastener for 1/2" and 5/8" PEX tubing.  All product testing was conducted by Intertek ETL Semko an independent testing lab. All tests were performed in accordance with ASTMC 518004 "Standard Specification for Rigid, Cellular Polystyrene Thermal Insulation" modified to asses the flooring panels as an entire entity and not just the rigid, cellular polystyrene thermal insulation.
